Plastic Shims for Accurate Fitting and Levelling
Our plastic shims provide a straightforward way to make fine adjustments during construction, fitting and joinery work. They can be used to create controlled spacing between components, helping installers achieve the required level, position or alignment.
Accuracy matters when fitting windows, doors, timber components and other building elements. Even a small difference can affect the final installation, which is why purpose designed shims can be more suitable than improvised pieces of timber or other materials.
Plastic shims also provide advantages where moisture or long term stability needs to be considered. Unlike timber, plastic will not rot or shrink because of moisture.
